1. Scope of these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the RIYADA website and to preliminary communications made through the website, including enquiries about sourcing, supplier coordination, inspection, logistics, documentation, and related trade support.
A separate written quotation, service agreement, pro forma invoice, purchase order, or project confirmation may apply to specific work. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement for that project will control.
2. Service requests and information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information about your company, product requirements, quantities, timelines, destination market, compliance needs, and any supplier or shipment details.
RIYADA may rely on the information you provide when assessing feasibility, contacting suppliers, coordinating logistics, or preparing recommendations. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect timelines, costs, availability, or results.
3. Quotations, availability, and timelines
Any quotation, estimate, timeline, or availability statement is based on the information available at the time it is provided. Supplier pricing, freight rates, customs rules, production capacity, exchange rates, and third-party availability can change.
Unless expressly stated in writing, website content and preliminary communications are not a binding offer to provide services at a fixed price or within a guaranteed timeframe.
4. Suppliers, logistics providers, and third parties
RIYADA may coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, inspection companies, customs brokers, payment providers, or other third parties as part of a service request.
Third-party performance, pricing, production quality, shipping timelines, customs clearance, and regulatory decisions may be outside RIYADA's direct control. We work to coordinate clearly, but we cannot guarantee every action or decision made by independent third parties.
5. Payments and project costs
Payment terms, deposits, service fees, supplier payments, shipping costs, inspection fees, documentation costs, taxes, duties, and other charges will be handled according to the applicable quotation or written project confirmation.
You are responsible for approved project costs and for any duties, taxes, customs fees, storage charges, penalties, or destination-market costs unless a written agreement states otherwise.
6. Compliance and restricted goods
You are responsible for confirming that products, packaging, labels, certifications, documentation, import requirements, and destination-market regulations are suitable for your intended market and use.
RIYADA may decline requests involving prohibited, restricted, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading, or legally sensitive goods, or requests that we believe may create unacceptable compliance, reputational, or operational risk.
7. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party should treat non-public business information shared during a service request with reasonable care. This includes supplier details, pricing, product specifications, commercial plans, and operational documents.
Website text, design, logos, graphics, and brand materials are owned by RIYADA or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or presented as your own without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIYADA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, preliminary communications, or services, unless otherwise required by a written agreement or applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
For questions about these terms, contact RIYADA Supply Chain Co., Ltd through the contact form on this website or through your existing communication channel with our team.
